Wow, this is amazing!
May I ask how you achieve getting the Nebula effect in the picture? Or if it is just edited in there?

wow! this is beautiful & the interactive 360 is just jaw-dropping unbelievable! When i'm shooting the night sky i feel a little restricted even when using the widest lens possible. You just cant capture it all! This is the first time i've ever seen the sky portrayed so realistically. fantastic work and thank you for sharing! please keep up the wonderful work :)

Love it, but inclined to agree regarding the car. What are the light-coloured splotches to the left of the arc of the Milky Way ?

I left the car there as there weren't all that many places to hide it, and I wanted something to give a sense of scale. I believe the 2 splotches you are referring to are magellanic clouds.. I'm pretty sure they are only visible here in the southern hemisphere :)

lol - could have always hidden it behind that pipeline :) Thanks for the info Paul - you've inspired me to have a go at this sort of shot myself :)

A technical tour de force; but get the bloody car out of the shot! It is beautiful but for that.
